싱글족이 늘어나면서, 싱글족을 위한 가구의 대안들이 등장하고 있다. 그들은 자기 자신에 대한 투자에 적극적이며, 그들의 취향을 적극적으로 반영할 수 있는 제품을 선호한다. 또한 좁은 공간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있어야 하며, 사용자에게 최적화된 제품이어야 한다. 기존의 가구는 쌓거나 접는 방식으로 가구를 정리하여 공간을 확보했다면, ‘A ∩ B’는 투명한 다리에 다른 다리를 채움으로써 시각적인 즐거움과 효율적인 공간 활용을 가능하게 한다. ‘A ∩ B’의 기본 구성은 Black stand, Tea table or stool, Desk, Book box로 이루어져 있다. 이 가구들은 서로에게 더해지거나 독립되면서 약 20여 가지의 다양한 기능과 모습을 가진다. 다양한 기능은 단지 가구들의 다리를 공유한다는 단순한 시스템으로 만들어 진다. 우리의 필요와 취향을 적극적으로 반영할 수 있는 이 가구는 우리의 삶에 더욱 깊게 녹아들 수 있을 것이다.
As the number of single tribe increases, new alternative furniture for the single people is introduced in the living environment. They are active in spending money for themselves, and they prefer the furniture that reflects their taste enough. Moreover, they want the optimized products for efficient utilization of space. Traditionally, the strategy to save the space was to stacking or folding. Differently from that, A ∩ B’s approach is to putting another leg into a transparent leg, which provides visual satisfaction and effective utilization of space. A ∩ B consists of a black stand, a tea table or a stool, a desk, and a book-box. Those components can be added to each other and also be independent, which creates around 20 combinations with various functions. Such variety is based on the simple system of sharing the legs. Our needs and tastes were reflected in this furniture to make it more incorporated in our life.
